Biography:

I am a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (Nigeria). I am currently undergoing my PhD program at the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS). I joined the ANCORS in 2016 as a master of Maritime studies candidate.

I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from Igbinedion University Okada, Nigeria which was finished 2008. I was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2010. I hold a Masters degree in International Commercial Law from University of Glamorgan (now University of South Wales), Pontypridd, Wales, United Kingdom which was finished in 2012. I also hold a Masters degree in Maritime Studies from University of Wollongong, NSW Australia, finished 2017. I have a passion and zeal for research.

Research interests:

Maritime Dispute Resolution, Law of the Sea, Arbitration and ADR, Carriage of Goods by Sea.
